Find your flow.

Educators learn how to teach, but not how to stay healthy while doing it. With flow, learn how to lead from a place of abundance.

“Caring for myself is not
self-indulgence,
it is self-preservation.”
Audre Lorde

As an educator with 12 years of experience, including 6 years as a Department Chair and Curriculum Director, I have dedicated my career to leading teams and coaching teachers toward personal and collective growth. But during my tenth year of teaching, I came dangerously close to burnout. It was a wake-up call: I realized how deeply ingrained self-sacrifice is in our professional culture.

I created flow to rewrite that narrative.

Mid-way through my career, my desire to challenge the status quo led me to the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where I earned my Master’s in Language and Literacy and an Instructional Leadership Certificate. That experience reignited my passion for education and reaffirmed my core belief that sustainable teaching starts with the well-being of the educator.

Through flow, I partner with educators and school leaders to make self-care a non-negotiable standard rather than a luxury.

Moving away from the polished, superficial self-care trends on social media, we build authentic, individualized habits tailored to your actual life and workload. When you give from a place of abundance, you don't just survive: you thrive. And your learning community does too.
