The flow Approach
I look at instructional coaching through a wellness lens. I help teachers develop, nurture and cement meaningful wellness practices to teach from a place of abundance and thrive.
In practice, what does that look like?
Here are a few areas of focus that I worked on with previous clients:
Develop wellness routines to promote healthy work-life balance.
Use Social Emotional Learning tools for self-regulation.
Reconnect with your values and develop your teaching philosophy.
Why flowHello, and welcome to flow!
My name is Marion, and during my 10th year of teaching, I came close to a burnout. I realized then that our education system and our society at large normalize exhaustion in educators. Sadly, feeling inadequate and depleated is almost a “rite of passage” or something that just “is” when you are an educator. I want this to change.
I created flow because I want educators to normalize self-care and see wellness practices as a core part of their job. It is with more balance that educators can thrive and, in turn, support their students succeed.

Instructional Coaching redefined.
At flow, Instructional Coaching (IC) is paired with Social Emotional Learning principles to guide educators on their path to self-care. I believe that IC should empower educators and help them engage in personal, meaningful grow challenges to have a more fulfilling career and more balanced life.
